No, your data will never be used to train other models.
We can train the chatbot to whatever documents you feel will help the participants and sites. We have a basic set of requested documents, including the protocol, informed consent forms, study manuals, and our own questionnaire. From there, our team will work with you to identify what other documents should be included the train the model.
Not a problem! We set our chatbots up to be protocol specific. When you log into your dashboard, you will see each protocol with an associated chatbot you are assigned to.
Tessa is intended to be used by anyone who is involved in clinical trials -- including participants, site staff, and even sponsor and CRO staff who want to be able to quickly and easily ask questions regarding the study documents. We can train each chatbot to be role specific.
